Halloween passed this year shrouded in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. The streets of lower Manhattan were truly spooky — pitch black and silent. For those looking to salvage some part of this holiday, perhaps with weekend celebrations as soon as the power returns, here are some fabulous Halloween candy and treats around the city that will satisfy your ghoulish cravings.
