Deadlines

Print: 5pm, 3 business days before desired run date

A full page is 5 columns by 14 inches. Columns are approximately 2 inches wide. We do not split columns. Advertisements heights must be in full inch increments.

Online ads are sold in increments of 10,000 impressions, with a minimum buy of 20,000 impressions.

Classifieds

Classified advertising may be posted and viewed by http://nyunews.com/classifieds/.

To post a classified ad, please create a user name and log in to the system.

Artwork Specifications

Artwork and Insertion Orders must be received by 5 p.m. at least 3 business days prior to your desired run date. All print ads should have a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Color modes are grayscale for black and white ads, CMYK for color print, and RGB for online ads. All artwork must be sent electronically in the following formats: EPS or PDF (print), and JPEG or GIF (online). All fonts should be embedded.
