Students living off-campus will be in the spotlight starting today, which is the start of Commuter Appreciation Week. The programming, sponsored by the Off-Campus Student Council and NYU Student Resource Center, is designed to give commuters a chance to unwind before finals.

CAS junior Ammara Afzaal, along with co-organizer and Stern sophomore Irina Burdeynik, expect a positive turnout. Tickets for the newest event, the Sunset Cruise, have already sold out.
Burdynik said, "We've changed the content of each event to make it more wholesome, pleasing and enjoyable."
