Ban the Box: The Fight at NYU

March 28, 2016

This weekend, the Incarceration to Education Coalition held the longest student sit-in since Take Back NYU’s occupation of the Kimmel Center for Student Life in 2009.

This issue features an overview of this week’s events leading up to the students acquiring a meeting with the Common Application’s CEO, Paul Mott, and a future meeting with NYU President Hamilton before the end of the semester.
